Laser welding
A process in which metals or thermoplastics are joined by a focused laser beam. This is the most advanced type of welding used in many industries, from aviation and medical equipment to jewelry production.
The laser beam can be controlled and focused on a small area. This allows elements to be welded with high precision. The adjustable spot size makes laser welding also suitable for very thin and delicate metal and plastic components.
We offer laser welding services for metals such as:
- steel, stainless steel
- aluminum
- brass
- copper.

Technology
Laser welding technology uses a laser beam as a highly concentrated heat source to join materials. The laser beam heats and melts the edges of the materials, creating a weld. Due to its high precision, high welding speed, shorter processing time, wide material tolerance and consistent quality, laser welding has a wide range of applications and is often used to create very precise welds.
The focused beam melts only a small area of the metal, minimizing internal stresses and heat-induced distortions of the workpiece.
